Management needs to be trained in lottery sales. How can a manager train when he needs to be trained. I would also add that the... staff is very customer oriented. However the manager would not provide his lottery license, so a complaint to Maryland Lotterycould be made about his lack of knowledge of the Powerball doubleplay is. Unsafe! There use to be police at this location, but not lately. A male customers atm withdrawal ($200) was stolen/picked up by... a female customer, and the store employees we're ZERO help in sorting out the matter. Instead, they continued ringing ppl up,while the female screamed& loudly cursed the guy out. Didn't immediately call the police, pull the surveillance tape, ordeescalate.
