I rarely give a 5 stars review. But this Charley?s deserves it. I have tried Philly Cheesesteaks in half the country, and I must... say that their ?Old School? is the cheesesteak with the most meat I have ever had. Bread was perfect, more meat that I couldeat. 'The Rice Bowl' place is really good. Had chicken tikka bowl and the sauces and meat were sublime. The atmosphere is good and... the place seems clean. tried other bowl dishes and was really impressed. When I ate at Charleys it was incredibly hot. Insane to know that these managers keep their employees in this cruel heat with no... AC. As a customer, I was suffering. Cant imagine what it?s like to work here. Despite this, one worker really surprised me withexcellent service. The person who took my order, Erika, had excellent communication and did a great job. Honestly! Probably one of the best food experiences I?ve had at a a Charley?s in YEARS! Not only was the food hot, fresh and... tasty but they didn?t skip on portions and the presentation made you want to order more. My fries were hot and fresh as well!Even my strawberry lemonade tasted better from here! I don?t mind riding over for this!!! Update: going from 5 to 3 stars as Ivisited again a few days later and I assume because it was later in the evening nothing was as good as the first time.
