They really deserve negative stars. Ordered food from here Thursday, November 3rd around 9pm. The order taker was so rude I had... to ask what the attitude was for. When I finished my order, she spat out the total without recapping it. When I asked to recitemy order, she got an attitude but also got the order WRONG! She got mad at me and accused me of ordering an extra burger?sheheard wrong. By this time, I couldn?t go through with it. As I drove by, they were just laughing and talking like it was asocial hour. I thought she was having a bad day the way she was talking to me. Turns out, she was just being rude and ratchet. Ihope they close this place down and start over from scratch. I really did like this spot as it was a convenient location while I work. BUT the last time I was there, I had hair all over my... wings. Not just a couple hairs but you all know when you use a new towel and your skin is too wet and it leaves the towel fibersin you??? Those were my wings. It had towel fiber like hairs on it. Since I eat on the go between job locations, I didn't havethe time to go back. I hadn't eaten for the day so far and it was sincerely heartbreaking to have to throw away my food. Read more

Stopped here out of nostalgia and because my wife had never eaten here before. The menu options weren't all listed, so I ended... up having to ask what was still available. Service window was rushing us despite no one being in line behind us. The food washot but you could tell the grease hadn't been changed recently. We ended up ordering a milkshake and I noticed a fly or gnat inthe closure of the lid. Checkers doesn't really appeal to people who care about healthy food options. But cleanliness and politeservice is still very important and was lacking during my visit. Read more
The service was piss poor and the wait time was displeasing. Despite that this gentleman that works evening named Mike was very... helpful. He was prompt, was familiar with my rewards points program and friendly while doing so. Kudos go to him for his stellarservice. People like him is why I keep coming back.
