This place is a disgrace I placed my order online and when I went to pick my order up I saw two men working only (one African... American man & one Hispanic man with his earphones in his ears) . I immediately saw the African American man preparing a pizzaputting the pepperonis on the pizza with his BARE HANDS! He came over to ask me about my order I asked ?you all don?t weargloves here?? He replied ?no, what is the name your order is under?? That is completely unsanitary and nasty. He then goes andring up another customer behind me touching the register and then continue preparing the pizza. With all the diseases out nowthat can be transferred through touch preparing food should be taken much more seriously and be CLEANER! People are consumingthe food into their bodies. No gloves is completely unacceptable. All of this occurred on 8/22/2022 @ 12:23pm. I then began toeat my lunch and its a piece of hair in my food. I will NOT be back here ever again and my job and I ordered from here a lotbecause it?s so close to our workplace. This will be our last time ordering from this location again. I ordered my meal at 11:50am. According to the Domino's tracker, my meal was quality checked within 20 minutes. By 1am I had not... received my meal or an update about my order. I sat for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and got nothing. Read more
The Hyattsville Baltimore Avenue is the absolute worst. They NEVER answer the phone and are ALWAYS over an hour to receive the... order. I will be using Papa John's going forward. If I could give less than one star, I would. Read more
Went for some good wings but left with a disgustingly low amount of sauce, less than promised on the website. Will gladly change... the review but need reassurance that sauce promised is sauce given in the future. Revoltingly cheap. Read more

I?ve never had a problem with this location. I placed an order for delivery for my kids while I was at work. Once it was... delivered my kids call me stating they found a piece a hair on the pizza. So I call the pizza location presses the #3 to speakto the manager. Didn?t get the name of the person who picked up but it was a guy. So I explained what my kids had found. Heplaced me on hold. Came back on the phone what did I need help on, I nicely repeat what had happen. With an attitude he reply?thats impossible I?m the one who made the pizza and I have short hair? so I stated ? so what are you trying to tell me that I?mlying? he reply ? I don?t know, what?s the color of the hair and I?m the only one working? I told him I didn?t know because I?mat work he said we?ll call your kid and ask. There was no point of arguing with this person to get to the point so I just hangup.First of all he didn?t even ask for my order number, name or phone number. So how does he know which order he did.
