I find I have more issues at this location. I order my drinks without ice due to sensitivity issues. This location gave me half... a cup full because of my request. I do not ever have any issue at other establishments (ie. Starbucks, other Dunkin locations).Customer service is lacking. I will have to stop going to this location. I really wish I didn?t have to write this review but after todays experience I have to. Almost every morning I go to this Dunkin... before work for iced coffee and egg and cheese wraps. I never order coffee sweetened but today it was. This usually isn?t a bigdeal to me but today it was because of the egg and cheese wraps. There was parchment paper melted in with the egg and cheese.Something tasted funny initially but I thought it was because I was recovering from a cold but when I looked down at it I was sodisappointed. I went back and showed them both the wraps and drinks. They didn?t apologize, the lady offered to make me a newdrink. I said I just want my money back. She went to the back and came out with the cash to give me. Still no apology orcomplimentary drink/wraps. I don?t think I will be returning there anytime soon. :( UPDATE 2/08/2022: The manager Kurnalpersonally reached out to me about the incident and apologized. Asked me to come back In tomorrow and he will take care of me.He stopped by my work and gave me a dozen donuts. The only reason why I go to this location is because of Kurnal. I gave it 3 because the cashier was nice. But I ordered 2 sausage,egg and cheese croissant and the girl making it must be on... drugs because 1 sandwich had 2 sausage patties and the other had 2 eggs on it ???? seems like it was on purpose. I won't begoing back! Read more

Always get my coffee orders wrong, always leave the cream cheese separated when I ask for it to be spread onto my bagel. Poor... customer service & 1 extremely rude employee. Just lost 2 daily customers & definitely will loose more by the end of the month. Read more

Do not eat here! Do not order here! Do not pick up orders here!! I had a Terrible horrible experience! I came to pick up an Uber... eats Delivery and the man inside the store on July 22,2021 at 12:20 pm refused to give me the order. I showed him the order onmy phone and he stated they didn?t have an item the customer requested so I contacted the customer and they changed theirorder. I waited for them to change the order and once the order was completed the man said I need to fill out a form stating Ipicked up the order after handing the order to me. 2 other drivers coming inside he never asked them to fill out anything. Ifilled out the form and he snatched the food out of my hand and refused to give the order back to me. He began to yell and getvulgar and hostile and I was just trying to pick up the order. Time got wasted but Uber was notified of this incident. This manis beyond disrespectful and has a nasty attitude. Read more

I visited this location 4/10/21 at around 3:50PM and was refused service. I popped in after a 5+ hour hair appointment hoping to... grab something to eat before my hour ride home, and after waiting in line for much longer than I should?ve for being the onlyother customer there, I was told by the Caucasian woman working at the time that she ?didn?t feel comfortable? serving me andmentioned something about me ?soliciting? due to a man who offered to buy me coffee which I declined with being in a rush andneeding to catch an Uber that I was nearly late for due to her delayed ?service? and NASTY attitude toward me and the blackgentlemen who offered to by my coffee. I don?t know if it was because of the color of our skin or if the kind man offering tobuy me a coffee upset her, but I had an confusing and VERY devastating experience. Read more
