Parking is not the best. The location is a bit janky but good customer service.
The employees here are racist. This DD is closest to my job which is why I come but I will start going 10 mins out of my way to... go to another one. Every time I go I notice I don?t receive the same customer service as others do. They leave the counter midorder and take forever to come back. Today 9/29 Is national coffee day and they claimed I couldn?t get my free coffee because Ididn?t have the reward. When the only requirement is making a purchase. This is the worst DD I have ever encountered. It's the closest one to home, which really sucks. I ordered my free drink which... was a large frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I've gotten this as my free drink for 3 years. Whileplacing the order at the counter, the woman waiting on me just walk away mid-stream, without a word. No one came back to assistfor more than 10 minutes. When my order was finally taken and handed to me, the original woman that was taking my order walkedback over and said that I owed an additional .33 cents for the cream. I refused to pay the addition as I've never been chargedbefore and if there were changes to add ons, I should have been told while placing the order. ALL OF THE WOMEN AT HIS LOCATIONARE RUDE. The service here is generally good but sometimes the donuts are not fresh. Check your order before leaving just to do a quick... check. I?ve had a few orders that were disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and what I expected. Earlymornings there can be long lines but it moves quickly. Came in at 6:45 am 12/31/21 ordered 4 donuts & a latte. Donuts were amazingly fresh and not hard and old, service was fast and... friendly. Coffee was good. And everybody had matching shirts. Read more
The woman taking the orders was extremely impatient and had an attitude the entire time, saying ?hello? not even 2 seconds if we... dont respond right away. Kept cutting my husband off, so i said something and she had an attitude with me saying she?ll onlyspeak with him. Got to the window and shes looking inside of my car. 0/10, do not recommend.
