Always had pleasant experiences here, my drinks & food has always been exceptional. The only downside is that they close early
So packed and disorganized! Waited in line, double parked for 15 mins. Yikes. Glad I didn't get a ticket!!
Most unprofessional establishment I have visited in quite some time. The place is very untidy. The customer service... representatives were inattentive and laissez-faire in their service. I would not recommend this particular establishment to anyvisitors to DC. Read more
I usually tend to come here for a quick relief from work and to grab a hot cup of coffee. The staff are super friendly and do go... the extra mile for those that are regulars. I make a habit to speak to the managers and working staff and I can relate toalmost all of them in every aspect. I applaud them for working long hours and working hard even during grueling weather andmorning rushes. I?ve never had bad service and the 1 time my order was wrong they apologized profusely and corrected itpromptly. Keep up the good work everyone! Read more
