Most unprofessional establishment I have visited in quite some time. The place is very untidy. The customer service... representatives were inattentive and laissez-faire in their service. I would not recommend this particular establishment to anyvisitors to DC. Read more
I usually tend to come here for a quick relief from work and to grab a hot cup of coffee. The staff are super friendly and do go... the extra mile for those that are regulars. I make a habit to speak to the managers and working staff and I can relate toalmost all of them in every aspect. I applaud them for working long hours and working hard even during grueling weather andmorning rushes. I?ve never had bad service and the 1 time my order was wrong they apologized profusely and corrected itpromptly. Keep up the good work everyone! Read more
I like going to this Dunkin Donuts for a number of reasons. 1. it is right next to the metro. convenient and easy access 2. the... staff is always so nice and courteous. 3. If you order UberEats from this location, be aware that items are frequently missing from your order, or the wrong items are... prepared. Otherwise, when all items are properly prepared and placed in the delivery bag, this location is very good. Read more
