Tried to call and speak to someone here or even leave a voicemail but the mailbox is full. Ordered from here 3 nights ago and... never got a notification of delivery nor was anything left at my door. As I?m walking into my building today, I go to pick up mypackages and there?s the box of cookies?Just sitting there 3 1/2 days later. When ordering Insomnia from Uber Eats, there is no way to track the status of your order or delivery. Uber tells you to contact... Insomnia, Insomnia tells you to contact Uber. It?s a mess. I never received my cookies. If you do order, I highly recommendordering directly from Insomnia. At least for this location. Update: Reading other reviews makes me think ordering directlyfrom this location is also a bad idea. Insomnia is great, but it seems like this location has some serious management issues.Might be better off ordering from another franchise location! Read more
Insomnia cookie just goes perfect with a Saturday night out DC. We headed over from G st so it was about a 12 minute drive. Of... course the longest part was finding a park. We were lined up outside to respect capacity. Ended up getting the ice creamsandwich with chocolate chip cookie, m&m cookie, plus vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Also loved the staff working that night,you could tell the make the time go by in a fun way. Read more
As a child I was always excited to get an ice cream sandwich cookie from the corner store but over the years my taste has... changed and the corner store ICSC no longer satisfy my taste buds. So happy I took a chance on getting an ice cream cookiesandwich from one of my favorite DC cookie spots. I want to also compliment Insomnia Cookies on how they deliver the ice creamcookie sandwich. Having the ice cream separate so that your cookies are not soggy in a well constructed delivery box is "chef'skiss" . may this brand live long and prosper.
