I?m never going to this place again. They charge 25 cents for each condiments. What the hell!!Pretty soon they will be charging... for straws and napkins. It?s already more expensive than other McDonald?s. Ordered their double quarter pounder and the meat issupposedly cooked fresh but it?s dry like they reheated it in the microwave. Wow, is all that I can say about this establishment. They allow people to stand by the drive through and beg as you place your... order or pay for your food. I complained one day and the drive through cashier said, oh they are here all the time. They areokay! It's not that they beg for food and money, it's the fact that they are younger than me and if they are hanging out atMcDonald's begging why not employ them to work and get paid? After all you do have a hiring sign up there. If the application isonline and they have no electronic device help them do it off of McDonald's. Your employment problem will be solved and so willmy complaint about them begging. Read more
The drive thru was super slow as in it took over 30 minutes from when I placed my order to getting to the pick up window. Please... note there were only 3 cars in front of us. Let's add to it that while waiting you are surrounded by people standing by your carwaiting on their mobile orders. Obviously you don't feel any sense of safety. It is absolutely ridiculous!!! It is very clear that no guest or staff cares about the state of this McDonald's. See photos. I witnessed mobile orders lost,... staff arguments, a manager storming out the door past me without apologizing, and a very dirty establishment. At least my foodwas fresh and made properly. Read more
Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal. Asked for Mayo and lettuce on both. Somehow got two cheeseburgers one with no Mayo and extra... mustard and one with extra onions and Mayo. Got a hot n spicy and they gave me a regular mcchicken. Asked for double quarter nocheese, still got cheese on my burger. This place sucks. I want my money back. Read more
This location is right off New York avenue and can get pretty hectic from time to time. wait times and service overall are... great. You have a well trained staff that will minimize your wait time and food will come out fresh. I came on a busy Fridayafternoon and all the lines were full. I waited max 5 mins for my food. Location itself is kept very clean and we'll maintained. Read more
