DO NOT GO TO THE LANGLEY PARK LOCATION ON NEW HAMPSHIRE AVENUE UNLESS YOU ARE HISPANIC! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I normally do not... go here but my friend wanted some fries and I was in need of a bathroom. I went to the bathroom and my friends ordered fries.The dining room was crowded. I came out of the bathroom and my friend and I were talking and I had just said, "we should havegone to the McDonald's down the street" when I realized that all is the Hispanic customers, (both those that were there beforeus and those who came in after us) were being served while the few white and blacks were standing around waiting. I wasspeaking to a black woman who had only ordered coffee. During this time, we noticed that 2 Hispanics came in, ordered fullmeals and were served. Finally, the lady asked about here coffee and was told, its coming. At that point my friend askedabout his fries and was told they had to make some but they were coming. Eventually, they did come but not before anotherHispanic woman came in, placed her order and was given her meal which included fries. Once my friend got his order, we tastedthe fries and they were barely warm. The cashier said, "they just cooked them". What we had seen was them bag some fries,place them on one of the little shelves, (not even a warming table) and walk away. When my friend inquired about his fries,that was the bag they picked up and gave him. My friend asked for a refund, left, and went to the other McDonald's down thestreet. The black lady asked why is it taking so long for her order. They gave her a coffee off of the drink table. It hadalready been poured and place on the table. Order my food from DoorDash and didn?t get the right order and the receipt said my order and everything but inside got a whole... different thing happen already twice the employee need to pay attention to what their putting in the bag not just putting andgiving it to the dasher Read more
Rude service from the manager on down to the staff. Waiting over 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, just for them to say we... didn't make it. how can you make food of people who came after me but my sandwich was missing. The manager was not willing totalk to me she just waved her had saying im not available. Will never go back Read more
Customer services needs training on how to be polite, they take orders like if you asking them to pay with their own money, rude... rude rude. Stop making faces to customer if you don?t like your job quit, if you don?t feel good don?t go! Read more
Store clean, staff efficient. But homeless vagrants a problem for patrons and management. Not McDonald's fault, but PG county... needs to stop aggressive, half dressed, belligerent individuals from nearly assaulting patrons. Employees as well as myself,were made very uncomfortable. Though I shouldn't have, I gave the half naked man $5 to leave store as young cashier was almostin tears. Management called police but said this was a regular occurrence they are combatting. I won't be going back thereanytime soon..but through no fault of the business. And when I got to my car, a second vagrant individual on a bike was leaningon my car, hunched down, waiting for me...only to leave me alone due to police presence. Be aware and be safe. Read more
I don?t understand where people have mention clean place! Specially with those people that are outside the restaurant and... leaving the bathroom all dirty! Please let be honest! The ladies alag the kitchen are great but everything else bad management. Read more
They had No!!! Soap to wash hands only hand sanitizer. So after using the bathroom they only sanitizer their hands that is where... alot of germs come from We will never get rid of COVID GERMS!!!!!!!!???????????????????????? Read more
