No real options, limited menu. The food was good though but having same old choices is tiring. Parking is usually pretty good,... and they do provide a good alternative to hamburgers. I?m giving this place a 1. My wife placed an order online so I could swing by and pick it up on the way home. When I arrive I... tell them I?m there to pick up and gave them her first and last name, they immediately stated they needed to see the actualorder receipt thru screen shot. My wife was not answering so I couldn?t get that, I told them I?m giving you her first and lastname if the order is there with her name why are you making it difficult, they stated it?s their policy. I stated if I leave youwill have to refund and possibly throw that food away the cashier stated ?that?s ok? meaning we don?t care. So I left withoutthe food. My wife drove back and told them it doesn?t say anywhere on the app customer must show receipt not only that her firstand last name was on receipt. Mr John the Chinese guy is so rude. I had bad experience few times from this person. If you not look American white or dark skin... in colour, mr John won?t serve you well. He react rude and loud if someone ask him anything about the food, if customer don?tknow. Other day an old man can?t speak English came in the store and the customer was having problem to explain and john behaveso bad and didn?t take the person. And all people try to take him away so quick. Other day I went there for food, I asksomething about food, then he become so loud dramatically. Later a customer explain me how is the food. Mr John is old, and ifhe can?t control his anger, can?t give respect ever individual and can?t keep patience he need to leave. I won?t go to thisplace no more, this Chinese old man John don?t have any moral ethics, and signify people by their appearance how the look fromwhere they from. To day Sunday 07/31/22 I ordered panda Express for me and my wife. Pnn my plate I found a Hair and it was really nasty. It... made me throw up. I really didn't enjoy my food. It was a bad experience at this panda Express. If you go to this place alwayscheck your food and say something. I think that the workers need to use something on their head to stop dropping hair onpeople's food. We work so hard to pay our food and at the end we don't enjoy it because you find out a hair on your plate. Read more

They're pretty good about making food and staying on top of making sure food is hot and available for serving throughout the... business hours. A bit iffy looking at their egg rolls, they always look so dry and burnt that I wonder how long they've beenout (but they're always hot the few times I've eaten them). They definitely stick to the "recommended serving size" portionshere. Don't expect an extra piece of chicken or 1 more green bean above their calorie count on the posted signs. I'm sure ithelps them save costs in the long-term, but it has my belly empty on the short-term! Haha. The "bigger entree" is not worth theprice.
