I am scamed. Don't go to Royal farm. Even if they have broken car wash, the management doesn't say anything about situation as... "out of order or broken" as a result, they don't refund me the money back, and she was so rude to me. The manager, she doesn'ttell me her name and not to give refund. SHE SAYS I NEED TO GO TO THE OTHER ROYAL FARM WITH THE CODE .Broken Car wash machine isnot their company job. Looks like another place that might not last long in the HOOD. You have all this EXSPENSIVE Fried Chicken but no potato wedges,... and they are in no rush to cook any. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! I paid for several bags of ice cash. I didn?t get a receipt and they wouldn?t give me... the ice without the receipt. I asked and they couldn?t find it in their system when it was completely paid!!!! The cashierwasn?t helping & when asked, she had me waiting while she was talking to other customers and laughing while I just stood there.She called someone later after making me wait. I tried the food when they first opened because it was free. The chicken was was ok, hence the 2 stars. Yesterday, I got in the... car wash line & was told I had to go inside. This place is hit or miss. For starters I go here because of the self serve machines that don't have an attitude. My issue is... most of my interactions with an employee seems like they just hate working there. Everytime I need tobacco it's like I'mbothering the employee. The female manager seems to be the only one with some sense. Royal farms in worst neighborhoods havebetter customer service and better chicken. Clean And Tidy Place So Far So Good ????
I purchased $45 worth of gas as I was filling my car up the pump stop at $4.81. So I went inside the store and was informed that... my money would be automatically funded and if I wanted gas I would have to repurchase some (sounds very shady) here I am 4BUSINESS DAYS later no refund!!!
