The employees are sometimes extremely rude for no reason whenever I was being polite. The employees who keep talking together... don't care about how many customers she knows the customers are going to wait for no matter what ! I have a reusable cup but they insisted to make it in their disposable plastic cup and give me that to basically just throw... away. So ridiculous... They could at least use a mixing cup and let me pour it instead of creating more plastic waste. Thisisn't an issue at other Starbucks Read more
I'm here on Friday April 1 @ 7:30 and the female cashier with the blonde, brown, & black braids has a horrible attitude. I was... last in line but everyone else that walked up got yelled at that she was closing. Short Female with lots of makeup employee was very rude. Had a nasty attitude and gave me the wrong size for my order one cup... was smaller than the other and i got charged the same for both cups and on top of that when a drink was ordered with oat milkshe said ? anything else? with an attitude as if she was bothered by changing what type of milk was going to be in the drink.Never coming here again. Often closed even when it's supposed to be open, consistently mess up orders and extremely slow bad service. The place is an... embarrassment to Starbucks. There's a real one across the street, it's worth the walk and you'll get your drink faster(including the walk time) Read more
