I just got here and doesn't seem to be open even if it's 9:39...
The website states the store closes at 7:00 pm but the barista refused to serve a drink at 6:15 pm saying the store was already... closed. I went shopping at Target to later see the same barista serving a drink to a different customer at a later hour. Read more

This place is terrible I?ve been here multiple times and the service is horrible! Whoever their managers are need to have them... take their training over or hire new staff!!! They said it?s open online and on the app but they never open when they say theydo! I waited one day and never saw anyone even though it was open and I asked the security he said yeah they open but I wasstanding there for like 10 minutes then This pass Thursday I went there at 1:30pm and nothing was on display the young lady withblonde braids or locks decided to walk from behind the counter and put the divider across the entrance to state that they areclosed and a young man asked could he order she said no that me and and another young man in front of me are her last customerslike really!!!! I decided to leave my last straw with them! And I won?t be going back their I?ll just do my usual targetshopping and skip out on Starbucks I gave all my gift cards to the homeless guys in case they wanna go there I?m perfectly fine!JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!! Horrible service. Not only was no one behind the counter, it was closed until 12:30 with no sign. Needless I stood there for 10... mins as everything was set up and it appeared to be open. So I asked a man nearby who worked here. He told me they didn't openand that I could sit down and wait. 4 mins later another employee comes up and tells me I can't sit here. Its states its openonline. If your not going to be open change the time and put up a sign. People travel and stop here from the highway. Veryunprofessional. Read more
They don?t have ice 75% of the time. And the drinks are not good. They don?t taste right unless you order like a plain coffee.... I?ve given them multiple chances since I live close to there but I can?t waste my money there anymore. Read more
