Let me in and did NOT make me a sandwich. They said the store is closed. I would NOT have said anything BUT they were making... sandwiches for 2 other people as I was walking in. Common courtesy, if you have your sign ON and you do not have your doorlocked AND you are making others sandwiches you should have made me a sandwich as "good customer service"...NEVER coming to thisSubway again....Bye Felicia... I want to share my experience in this place, I spent Friday night buying two subways but the manager who was on the line super... bad customer service, he was talking on his headphones and when I was asking him for the ingredients of my order he just put tolaugh and wonder again what I wanted in my sandwich, but the laugh was with the person who was talking on the phone. And thesame thing happened with another client who was behind me. Bad experience I do not recommend coming at night...... Read more

I bought a steak and cheese 12 inch sub and they missed the meat, they did not want to take responsibility because I did not... notice the lack of meat before leaving the local. And when you buy online they put less quantity of ingredients in the sandwich,you have to order when you are in the local to have your sandwich well prepared. I would not recommend this location. If you don?t care for any ounce of customer service, then this one star rating and this... location is for you. The customer service is ridiculously bad. I ordered subs through the app and they were missing one add onfor my sub of choice, so they chose to give me something entirely different. When I asked why they couldn?t just keep it asclose to what I ordered (or contact me and ask), the employee got defensive and proceeded to ask me if I was aware the originalsandwich I wanted was expensive. (Um what??) All subs under that promotion we?re the same price....Not sure what the currentpromotion and then not having ingredients has to do with being disrespectful to the customer? Anyway, if you like your subswith a side of snark and zero customer service, then yap, give them your money. If you have a choice, you can find anothersubway within a few miles that can do the job right or at least not blame you for their mistake. Read more

The manager at this Subway is extremely rude. I ordered lunches for our medical staff and all of our meals were incorrect, the... manager was NOT willing to accept accountability that the orders were wrong. I have an online receipt showing my order and hewas still telling me I'm wrong and saying "WHATEVER" I will NEVER go here again, spare yourself and drive a few extra milesanywhere else! Read more
