The absolute worst customer service. Can?t possibly care about making profit or staying open. Cashier had pants down so far you... can see his complete underwear while making drinks. Visited for my time today and am overall pleased with my purchases. I ordered the Bob Marley smoothie and a veggie patty. The... veggie patty was pretty decent but the smoothie really won me over (see pic of almost empty 16oz! haha). It was a bit crowded socustomer service wasn?t at its best (has to remind them my smoothie order a few times since they already gave me my patty). Goodto see the business thriving though! As the weather gets warmer, it's cool having a smoothie shop so close to me! There's decent menu offerings and add ons... available, but it's fairly high priced & it feels like the customer is an inconvenience here. Initially, I thought it wasbecause they have a pretty young staff (I think they're trying to give youth in the neighborhood better opportunities foremployment- which is cool) but the "manager" is usually equally cold & disconnected. If you can look pass these things and maybewith a different leader, this could become a little local treasure! An attitude adjustment would definitely benefit the business& encourage a more loyal following. Read more
I usually go to the Anacostia location because the smoothies are great, but I stopped here while running errands. I appreciate... it is not fast food but they need to have more than one person working. There were two people ahead of me and it took the serverten minutes to help one person. If they at least had seating I might have stayed, but my back was hurting and I had other thingsto do. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Read more
