Ron' s ice cream is probably the best ice cream in the world. We are so spoiled here in Boston. Family owned and Mr Ron himself... is still around. I love the authentic, best rum raisin ice cream, hands down. Try any ice cream you will not be disappointed. Stay for a quick bowling game as well. Great place to hold small events, birthday party. We love coming to Ron's. The staff are always friendly. There's ample parking on the street and there's a parking lot across the... street. The bowling is very affordable and lots of fun! There are laminated sheets with rules and instructions as candlepin hasa bit different rules than standard 10-pin. The ice cream is the best I've ever had. It's sweet, it's creamy, and theselection/seasonal flavors that Ron's offer is unmatched. I love the Oreo and the Pistachio. Try it out! Read more

This place was here back in 1981 when I was a baby and is still going strong. Walked by today and couldn't believe it's still... around and about a month ago I walked by with young teens working here and a line of people inside getting ice cream and bowlinglike it was the hippest part of Hyde Park & Boston like it was the swinging 60s and everyone was having a blast! This samebuilding on the back side, around back had a karate place called "One Step Beyond" I went to as a kid. Really no windows to thisbowling alley but it does have a vibe in it. Read more

We just had our daughters 9th Birthday Party here and it was absolutely fantastic!! The kids had an amazing time and the staff... were so polite and helpful with everything! Five star for the ice cream and variety. The 3 star goes because the place was so hot, there are two registers and there was no... clear direction of where to order or if you had to order and pick up etc. There were also a chaos of 4 or 5 people behind thecounter. However, I will be trying this place again! Read more
