I waited in line for FOURTY-TWO MINUTES to get my food. I thought they were just busy. The drive-thru was super busy and inside... was dead. I went inside to order then waited and waited and waited and waited. Then waited some more. Normally I would speak up,but orders were coming out somewhat regularly, slow, but still coming out roughly in order. If it wasn't for one employee (Ididn't catch her name) I would have been completely ignored. I try not to leave reviews like this, but it isn't the first timethat the speed of my order has been an issue. Especially when going through the drive-thru. Love my frozen cokes especially when it's hot!
We stopped here on our way back from porcupine reservoir and some camping. I love their ice cream, their well done fries, and my... kids love their cheeseburgers and nuggets. We tried their family $10 bundle and it was a big hit. Saved time ordering as well. Read more
This McDonalds is only focused on their drive through. We ordered for dining in and watched the entire staff only work on drive... through orders. They probably had 15 cars serviced before we got our food. We waited for our order for nearly 15 minutes. All ofour items on order were very basic and didn?t require any longer times. I recently visited the McDonald's on Main Street and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I ordered a large Coke,... I was shocked to see that it was only filled 2/3 of the way up. I mean, come on McDonald's, if I wanted a medium Coke I wouldhave ordered one. But that's not even the worst part. The food was always cold, and the fries were never hot. I don't know ifthe staff are too busy to heat up the food properly, or if they just don't care, but either way it's unacceptable. All in all,I would not recommend this McDonald's location. The food is subpar and the drinks are a rip off. Save yourself thedisappointment and go to a different fast food joint. Read more
