I've got to give a star to give my experience. I went in to order because drive thru was so full. My experience was horrible... and the people who worked there. Are very unprofessional an wouldn't take my order after I asked. I didn't know how to use thereorder machine.very unclean no gloves handling food. Also my grandchildren didn't get there happy meal. We stood there over 10minutes every worker ignored us after asking us. Also there drive thru lady worker was duping the machine filters down in trashcan hitting a couple of times not washing it or her hands an reusing it like that.The worst thing other than rudeness andunsanitary my grandchildrens face. What a waste of time and gas! App and Google says open 24 hours so I ordered in the app. As I pull up to the store I check in... and get my code. Pull around to the drive-thru and the signs are dark. There's nobody in the store. Read more
I like this place but I am tired of going by there and finding them not open. Still not open past 11 pm. 11/22/2022 just went by... at 11:30pm. Order signs off and saw no one inside even though two cars parked out back. If you open 24 hrs then you might wantto check to see if your staff is working or sleeping. Tried calling but goes to full mailbox message. Please save people atrip and correct your hours of operation list if you are not open. Also clean our you voice mail box. Read more
This McDonald's location is newly remodeled. Too bad that the service has not been remodeled as well. Had to sit in the... drive-thru line for 15 minutes and then when I got my order it was wrong. Went inside to get the order corrected because I hadalready pulled out of the line when I realized it and was greeted with a grumpy older woman that gave no apology for the way orthe wrong order.
