Worst experience ever at a pizza hut. Not only was it not done by the time they said it would be they informed they burnt the... pizza and needed time to remake it. Ordered for delivery... received a redact msg saying that he was the only person in the store and did not have a delivery person... for the last hour of business. Was at work myself and was told i would have to come get it or he would cancel my user. Wasgrateful that another co-worker agreed to go pick it up. There should always be 2 people working in your Idabel location. Pleasefix this problem. IRS not fair for him to do all of the cooking, cleaning and cashier duties. He needs a raise! Read more
I ordered from Pizza Hut last a week or so ago & was told it would only be 13 mins. When I did finally get my order, it took an... hour (if not longer) to get my order, only to get it to be wrong & cold. We will never order from Pizza Hut again. Absolutelyworse service, not to mention we have ordered SEVERAL times in the past and then our last order our location couldn?t be foundsmh. Read more
Got a pizza yesterday that was excellent. Best pizza that we have had in years. New manager is making a huge difference.
Pizza was like cardboard . All the employees but one were smoking 3 feet from our truck window ( it stunk terribly). Asked for... parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and was told there was a charge for it. Will try Dominos next time Read more

The pizza did not taste good at all. The hand tossed pizza was very greasy and I actually ended up giving it to our dog. Even my... teenaged son did not like his pizza and he got a thin crust italian sausage. The service was good. We ordered online and I hadthought I was using a different location and when I realized it was Idabel it was too late to change it. I was hoping it wouldbe better. I was overall very frustrated to have spent over $40 on food that no one in the house ate. So that was wasted money.We will not be ordering from Idabel again or at least until changes are made there.
