Your manager in twin falls is exemplary. I ordered food through your app and never received it because I gave them the wrong... room number at the hotel I was staying at. She bent over backwards to address the issue - refunded me for the food I neverreceived and was so caring and personable when I called her to tell her it was really all my fault. I?m embarrassed ( and alittle hungry), but you should be proud to have a manager who handled this with the utmost compassion and supportprofessionalism. I wasn't going to post anything but I started my meal and was friggin amazed by the deliciousness in my mouth it was so savory... and zesty. I'm talking about the Fiesta lime chicken sitting on a bed of crispy tortilla shreds, they are really bringing theflavor on this one. Chic n Shrimp yeah!! Had my favorite bourbon street chicken and shrimp, huge tasty piece of chicken and nice shrimp. If you... ask for a side salad beware...they are huge! Rating experience based on to-go order with Uber Eats. Timely delivery about 7 miles away and food was still hot. If you?re... looking for something light and yummy, please try the wonton tacos! These were the tastiest little tacos to ever touch mytongue! The right amount of flavor and crunch, and just enough to fill you up. Meets the mark for an Applebees. Strong drinks, fair prices. The nachos are meh, but applebee quality. The drinks were done... well. The Long Island tea is dangerous. You can?t taste the alcohol. I love how these stores have the tablets where you canorder and pay on the tablet. It?s super convient and the staff is super friendly too.
