We come here occasionally. Kids like the play structure. Not always the cleanest but we came for the kids. Only two employees... were working. One was out front smoking and talking on a phone when we walked in. She came in shortly after us. She did not washher hands, did not put on gloves and handled customer's food. Not just touching packaged food but I watched her put her handsdirectly on the food to put it in it's box. Other customers had been waiting 40 minutes for their orders. One said she hadobserved the employee handle money at the drive thru and then touch food without washing. We decided not to stay. Normally they are pretty good, but the last few times we have went. The onions rings have been hard, crunchy and pretty gross.... That makes the burger pretty gross on top of it. The frys also have tasted like they were taken out of the oil early. Read more

I got a cold burger patty in my two famous starts. I think that patty was seating around for some time. And the overall burger... tasted weird, yucky. Never going back again. This place used to be good. Not anymore Read more
The order had 3 different burgers in it. Well I ordered the jalapeño burger, my husband got the burger with guacamole on it and... my son got something with bacon. I got charged close to $9 for a $3 burger so we paid and pulled in. The burger was the 3 onebut we got over charged. We went back to the drive through and spoke with the manager and told him we got charged 9 he said nonot for what I ordered. The burger looked pretty bad to. I told him I didn't want it and to just refund it. He was so worriedabout my having a bad experience there that he made me the burger I got charged for and also gave me a refund. He was there allby himself and I am glad he talked me into letting him make a new one because that was honestly the best burger I have ever ate. Read more
Ordered through drive through, and they never gave is one of our meals. Went in to talk to someone and the cashier I talked to... looked like it was his first day during dinner rush with no little support (1 manager and one cook). I assume the cashier nevertold anybody about the missing meal because it tool about 15 min to get a single sandwich and fry. By the time I got themissing meal, my own food was cold from waiting. This was the worst carls I have been to. The bun was custom and dry the soda was flat. The French fries were cold/warm. Went... through twice. The secound meat in the burger was charcoal and as little in size as a 50cent peice.. Carl's we will not visitagain.from Alaska to North Carolina. Read more
