Not very happy. I understand it's hard to find employees. But we sat in the waiting room for over 20mins. Then get our food and... my sandwich was wrong. I asked for a number 7 cheese burger with no ketchup, got a number 9 jalapeño burger. I have work withthe public for almost 20yrs. It's really easy to miss hear someone with the radio turned up as loud as they had it! Will ot begoing back!! Read more
Awesome service @ drive-thru. When he saw me he politely asked if I was a senior for the Sr discount. I said that depends on age... they give Sr discount & stated my age. He asked management what age requirement was & I'm 2 years short, but he gave it to meanyway. He was super outgoing & I just felt happy with him & happier when I left. Read more
I ordered through Grubhub and asked for no mayo or sauce of any kind. They brought me this burger with extra mayo a nd ketchup. ... It looked disgusting. I called Carl's and told them. They were nice, and did offer me a new sandwich, but I just don't trustthem. The no sauce instructions were on the receipt attached to the bag and the burger had a "special" sticker on it. We stopped by to grab two burgers and my boyfriend went to go inside, but the door was locked. The young man that worked tonight... saw him and came running to the door to advise us that the drive thru was open but lobby unfortunately was closed. It?s nice toknow that your staff has manners and cares enough to do that when all you normally see is employees staring at their phone.Thank you for making my boyfriend so happy with the burgers!!!! ???? Came this morning, and customer service was HORRIBLE. Ordered my food in drive through. Whoever the guy was taking the order... wouldn't listen to what I was ordering, kept reading it back to me wrong, not sure what Grilled biscuit Sandwich is, but it'snot on the Menu and not what I ordered. Finally he had me pull forward to the window, when he came up, immediately had anattitude, and said, "can we just get this paid for". I replied NO, you haven't read my order back correctly and I'm notpaying for something I didn't ordered. Finally he decided to listen to me and correct my order but was still disrespectful.Like really dude, it's what the customer ordered, not what you decide to ring up. When he bought the food to the window, heopened, Handed the food out and immediately closed the window after I asked for fry sauce. This location is in Idaho Falls. The service was sub par. It was slow. The tables were dirty. There were no napkins available.... Half of the soda dispensers in the soda machine are empty. The bathroom was not very clean. The food was alright. Overall I'mdisappointed and I probably won't go back again unless there is no other choice. The main reason I went to much there wasbecause Wendy's is closed. Read more
Don't advertise a product you can't execute. No tomato, nasty lettuce, all bun very little chicken. Definitely worst fast food... chicken sandwich. $20 for 2 sandwiches. Read more
Horrible customer service manager or whoever she was super unprofessional. Refused to give me my second order and had lied and... said they didn?t have it when it shows that they had canceled it. The when we go to another location to receive better serviceshe continues to harass us while she is delivering supplies to that other location. Had to contact corporate for a complaint. Read more
