The food was par with other ???? Chilli's and my steak was sort of tougher than usual. However, the "to-go" service was better... than most place's. The lady who brought my food out was uber nice and had explained to me that it was taking longer than the appstated it would be. She was very pleasant to talk with and genuinely cared about making sure I was getting my food fresh andknew what was going on. Kudos to her for being so polite. Read more
Chips and salsa are actually very good. The service that night was horrible. When we sat down, we asked for water. Then 15... minutes later still asked for water. Another 15 minutes later we left. There were 5 of us. It was a hot summer evening. Usuallythey have good service. Read more
This Chill?s is located near Idaho Falls River Walk. The menu is typical. The food was tasty. Service was quick and excellent... but I was their first customer of the day at 11 am. Parking is ample. Read more

Won?t be eating here again. Service was was horrible, took us an hour just to get our food and it wasn?t even hot. Our buns were... rock hard and my plate had burn marks from being under the warmer for so long. Took them forever to even get our slightly warmappetizer. The table next to us ordered around the same time we did and got their food and check before we got our food. Had toask for dressing for my salad that came out after my sandwich and had to ask for silverware and extra sauces because barely anywas put on the burgers.. extremely dry from being over cooked and left under the warmer for so long. No apologies from ourserver for the extremely long wait and barely warm enough food. Waste of money Read more
Our waitress was just a bundle of energy, doing a great job of taking care of all HER customers AND others. NOT ONE COMPLAINT... for her wonderful customer service skills!! Seems as though management could take a lesson and learn to chip in and help,though! As good as our server was there's only so much one person can do Kitchen could be more efficient and get orders outtimely fashion. Read more
I have to say chilis you can never go wrong with. They have some great food here and it can be for a pretty fair price as well.... I thought this place was very well kept and the service was great. They seemed a little understaffed but other than that it wasa great place. I recommend you go here. Read more
I and three others went to Chili's after a long time not going due to poor service and poorer food. We decided to give it... another chance. The ONLY thing that came out correctly is the strawberry lemonades. EVERY OTHER thing we ordered was madeincorrectly. I waited 45 minutes after everyone else to get my food as they had to remake it. It was good when it finally camebut ... Service was good but they were terribly understaffed. Still. Manager "made it right" but that was not the point. Better food, made as requested, and timely will go a long way in helping this place come back to what it used to be. It wassad. I gave 3 stars because the server did her best. The rest of it would have been a 1 star. Oh, because she was not the oneto bring out the food, she didn't have any control over what was served.
