We went to firehouse for lunch at 11:30. Stood in line for nearly 30 minutes, not because the building was busy but because of... the online ordering system. There were four workers and they all put online orders over taking ours. If one worker had been incharge of taking in house orders we would be in and out in no time. But they took 24 minutes to even take our order because theykept taking online orders. Two sandwiches nearly $30 is too much for a soggy sandwich (because the toaster was broken) so steamand sandwich equals soggy sandwich. The employees were nice though, they just need more training or assignments andunderstanding that customers who come in should be served. Read more
The firehouse salad with turkey and pepper ranch is the best salad you can get anywhere! It?s consistently fantastic.

Probably the last time I?ll go there. The food was mediocre when it has been pretty good before. The meat was warm not hot, took... about 20 minutes for two sandwiches, with only one person in line while we were there. But the place was pretty filthy, all thetrash cans overflowing, food crumbs and liquid on the floors, sticky dirty tables and seats. Straw wrappers, napkins, othertrash along the counter. Hallway to the restrooms stacked with boxes. All this outside of any lunch rush, with five employeesstanding around. If you can?t keep the basics taken care of, makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and food servingareas, as well as any cleanliness of the employees. Read more
Firehouse Subs is a chain deli style fast food chain that supports local fire fighters and stations. They have a large menu,... good prices and huge portions. They usually have a hot sauce bar woth dozens of sauces as well. Download the app to get pointsfor sure.
