Great new Ramen restaurant. Their sesame Balls and the pork pot stickers were great! The ramen was super flavorful and just... enough for a nice lunch. The service was really fast. We had our food in just a few minutes. Our server was great and attentiveto us. She had good recommendations and knew the menu well. It wasn?t too expensive and I felt the dishes were valued fairly. Great ramen. I ordered the Tantanem ramen. I?ve had it before at the location in Pocatello before, so I knew it was good. The... ramen was spicy and very flavorful. You can determine the level of spice for most ramen choices. The waiter/waitress will askfor the level of spice. My wife ordered a ramen that wasn?t spicy, but had great flavor. You can always request additionaladd-ins for a price. We also got a appetizer that was chicken that was breaded and deep fried. It wasn?t the best in my opinion.It seemed too cooked, but that may be just how the nature of the dish. Lastly, we ordered a passion fruit boba drink. The drinkwas great, it had good boba pearls. After a crazy day of hiking in cold temperatures in Yellowstone, ramen was exactly what we needed. We were too exhausted to go... to the restaurant, so we ordered it to go. I didn?t have high expectations as usually to-go ramen isn?t as good. I waswrong. This ramen was amazing, and they served the broth in a separate, sealed container from all the noodles, veggies, andmeat. We all got their spicy beef ramen which was insane. It had an entire beef rib in it, and the meat was so flavorful andtender that it was barely clinging onto the bone. As soon as your mouth touched the meat it readily gave way and detached fromthe bone. They put a lot of chili oil which makes this burst with heat and flavor. The broth was hardy, salty, and fatty -exactly what we needed it to be. The noodles were bountiful and springy. They had the perfect amounts of chewiness wheneating. Ok Amber. Enough with your bad attitude and what you call bad service. I actually thought everyone was fun and did a great job.... So maybe you shouldn?t post when you?re having a bad day because your minivan won?t start. I had the pork tonkotsu and thecurry rice. No complaints and the best ramen in town. We came here for the first time a yesterday. We arrived around 1pm and had to wait about 20 minutes. The space is a bit small... but they made due with what they had. I have to say we had a pretty good meal here! I would recommend people to come here alittle before lunch rush as it was a bit busy. The service was a little slow but I'm sure that's due to being short staffed (asmany places are).There was so much movement coming from the staff as they were trying to keep up with the rush! The food was good. The service needs a lot of help. I went with a group of coworkers for lunch & we were lucky enough the beat... the rush. If you plan on dining here during the normal lunch rush, I highly suggest getting here before 12pm. After that, itgets a little crowded. The interior is clean & there's a decent amount of seating. The booths here are not meant for tallpeople. Actually, not really made for anyone over 5'. I'm 5'1" & my knees were either touching the person's knees across from meor the table legs the entire time. We all enjoyed our ramen dishes. They were flavorful & the temperature was perfect. I hadthe Garlic Tonkatsu ramen. Definitely recommend. We also ordered takoyaki - the flavor was there but the middle was undercooked.I've had it many times before at other places & I'm pretty positive the inside shouldn't have raw dough. The customer servicecould use a complete overhaul. The waitress spoke & made facial expressions like she didn't want to be there. We didn't receivewater refills until she came to take all of the dishes away - even then, we had to ask a few times beforehand. We also asked fornapkins & one of my coworkers asked for extra noodles and she forgot about us more than once. With a lack of ramen options inIdaho Falls, I would definitely come back.
