My daughter and I were at the mall and stopped by Jamba at 7:50. The girls said they were closed even though the hours say open... until 8. When I asked why they closed early they just laughed. I understand it can be frustrating when someone comes rightbefore close, but they do need to honor their hours. Please train your employees to be kinder. Read more

I get in line and have to wait a few minutes to get helped because the two girl employees were taking. Finally one starts to... approach the register without saying ?hi? or ?how can I help you? or anything, so I just proceed to tell her my order. Shewasn?t very friendly. As I?m waiting for my smoothie I see a gentleman stand there for several minutes waiting to be helped. Hefinally asks one of the employees if they?re closed because no one ever acknowledged him after him standing there for severalminutes. One of the employees was extremely rude and annoyed that i disrupted her task. i got a smoothie bowl and she acted like i was a... problem. it makes me not want to go back to this one. i asked if she could remove the blueberry topping and she got upset andasked if i had an allergy or something. I was at the Grand Teton Mall Jamba Juice on Sunday and the employee, Dani, was being rude. I gave her my order and she rolled... her eyes at me and walked away. She came back about 3 minutes later with my drink and it was chunky. I tried to give her thebenefit of the doubt because maybe she was having a hard day, but I just can?t stop thinking about how rude she was and howpoorly made my smoothie was made. I came in on September 21st at around 7:30 pm. The ladies that were working worked very fast, they had my smoothie out in... approximately two minutes. I was surprised by how fast and excellent their service was! I will be coming back. Left a 10 dollartip. Read more
