Terrible! I?ve tried to give this location a chances and they manage to mess it up every time! No longer going back.I order... online to make sure it?s fresh and it ends up looking worse than hot n ready! They don?t update the portal so you never knowwhen it?s ready or you still wait longer after the time it?s supposed to be ready! Then say they?ll remake but you have to waiteven longer! My pizza was no longer fresh and the cheese was hard and greasy. I had to reheat it in the oven. The poor gal upfront doesn?t know how to handle it and the supervisor clearly doesn?t want to come up front to deal with customers! Poorcustomer service and quality! Was told 20-30 minute wait. Took over an hour to get my order. I will never pay up front for pizza here agin. Would have walked... out at the 30 min mark. Guy behind the counter keep telling people the same wait time over and over it was all just a lie. Alsothey never have anything hot and ready. Read more
Don't bother ordering online, trying to be proactive. This is the third time I have ordered online, only to wait an additional... hour past the quoted hour, for my order. Especially aggravating when you watch multiple people walk in from the street and walkout with crazy bread and pizza, but then to be told all we're waiting on is 2 crazy bread and 2 pepperoni pizzas. I'm not one tocomplain, I understand being short staffed or the fact that it's dinner rush. Hence ordering online and being okay with thequoted hour for our order. But good lord, 4 pepperoni pizzas and 4 crazy bread.... should not take 2 hours. My suggestion, justwalk in off the street to get your pizza, it'll be faster. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for a pizza. When I walked in they said the wait was 30 to 60 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so I ordered. Pizza... was fine when I got it but I got mine before others that had ordered way before me. They were not busy at all, but the personup front told everyone 30 to 60 minutes for pizza, which turned a lot of people away. Now I worked in the pizza industry forabout 8 years and they were just straight up lazy. With how slow it was, they should have had pizza hot and ready. No one shouldhave waited more than 10 to 15 minutes assuming they wanted something not already ready. I was tempted to go make the pizzasmyself. I heard the guy claim they were short staff, which with how slow it was they only needed 2 people working and pizzasstill should have come out fast. Not sure what the deal was. The employees also kept disappearing to a corner in the shopoutside of customers view, including the person up front. It just seemed weird. Read more
Got a fresh made stuffed crust pepperoni. Not a lot of cheese but way too much pepperoni (I didn't get the extra most bestest).... Pizza wasn't cut through properly. This pizza is pure grease. I've never had such a terrible experience with little caesars thisis ridiculous. Don't go to this location. Read more
This is the worst I have ever been treated at little Caesar?s. It has been my most favorite pizza place to eat for ever but not... any more. First of all the customer service was terrible. The guy looked like he didn?t want to even help me or have anything todo with my order. Also, the music was playing so loud that I couldn?t even hear a word he said. Second, they told me it would bea 10 minute wait and it was more like 25 minutes. Third, when we opened our pizzas we were appalled. These were the most messy,trash pizzas I?ve ever had. On one of my pizzas the pepperonis were only on like 3 pieces and the pizza was very unevenly cut.Not to mention the topping to crust ratio was very bad. There was a very thin layer of topping and basically the whole pizza wasonly bread.After waiting all that time for this pizza, I was livid when I saw the look of them. Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with stuff crust. This looks like half pepperoni and half ran... over by a truck! Called to get it fixed and she gave me a number to call. Sat on hold for 20 mins and gave up. Absolutely willnot be doing business with this place again. Food sucks! And customer service sucks! Yes they can be very busy but severely understaffed. It?s hard for them to keep up when there our multiple orders come through... with 10 to 30 pizzas for each order, it?s very hard to keep up with everything and if you do see one person making the food it?sbecause there are not enough employees, they are trying their best but please understand they are overworked and very stressedout. Please be patient, understand it?s a first come first serve bases. I?ve always have had the best service coming here. Iunderstand everyone gets upset that there aren?t hot and ready but please understand that they are trying the best they can.They are following the federal laws of some of their employees can?t do there. Please be kind and nice to the cashiers they aredoing the best they can. Read more
