If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand that this store is short staffed and very busy. I placed a timed order at 1:18 pm... to be ready at 6pm. There was no hot and ready pizza ready. I was told that they had it and was told incorrectly but I didn't find out until after... I paid. Then I had to wait for 15 min until the pizza was ready and instead of getting what I paid for ( a hot and ready and aextra most bestest) I got 2 hot and ready's instead. Everyone in our family loves Little Caesar?s, however this location is not very good. We still go fairly often since it is an... affordable and easy meal but half the time we are disappointed. My husband picked up a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks today(Saturday) at noon and was surprised there was no line. We are pretty positive our pizza was leftover from last night because wehave eaten enough little Caesar?s to know what it tastes like when it is leftover. The crust was crunchy and the toppings weresub par. Our crazy bread from this location hardly ever has enough butter and cheese and tends to be dry. We have eaten at Rigbyand rexburg locations and were reminded of how good it can really be. Read more
Placed order online. Got two notifications saying it was ready only to show up and be told that my food was not ready. This has... been a reoccurring issue, and have even had issues with bad food quality. I've heard every excuse from being short staffed tothem having "oven problems".
