This is how our pizzas were delivered today. When we called, we were originally told there would be no new pizzas and no refund.... Wow! My family and I really enjoyed their pizza. We bought the 12? meat lovers and 21? Hawaiian (it was huge). This was too much... pizza for a family of 3. I don?t recommend re heating. We?re from out of town and only had a microwave available. It was muchbetter fresh. The delivery was quick. It was easy to order from the app. The only issue we had was the size. We were unsurewhich sizes to purchase, hence too much pizza. It would be nice to have a slice count or family size recommendations as youorder. Other than sizing, it was super delicious! I like when a place uses quality products has a good dough and has friendly staff. Lucy?s checks the box on everyone of those.... Cute little pizzeria I had the build your own which was a pepperoni, sausage, onion. Spot on they did a very good job with it. Read more

Broadway location! Burnt calzone! They actually sent a burnt food item out to a customer. Other calzone is a messed up shape... but at least it isn?t burnt. They have certainly let their quality control slip. Called six times to notify them and no answer.They must have known they messed it up. I was so sad because we like having their calzones normally. Clean venue with enthusiastic service from a charming young server. Tasty barbecue wings with just the right spice and tang.... Nice sauce and fresh toppings on the pizza. As other reviews have mentioned, they really like to blacken their pizza. The photoshows a pizza that was ordered ?light bake? - and seeing someone else?s, ours really was cooked less. All right I was a little skeptical this place at first but it absolutely crushed my skepticism and turned it into one of... happiness. This place is really good. The service was awesome, and the pizza was delicious. They had a perfect amount of sauceto cheese ratio. We got the pineapple pizza and the meat lovers. I would go here again. I felt like the price was right for thepizza quality we got. My only gripe was that it was extremely hard to get here during rush hour and find a parking spot.However, that's not the restaurants fault. Read more

The spicy marinara on the meatball was perfect. They made an awesome stone white pizza with white sauce, onion, meatball,... sausage and fresh mozzarella (custom - not on menu). Wow! I'd venture to say this is the best place to eat in town. Read more

Food and service were great. The crust reminded me of very good NY pizza from Manhattan. Generous toppings and great value for... the money. That lack of music took away from the ambience and made it feel very sterile and a little boring. A previous Googlereviewer complained about the style of music and this appears why. Maybe choose easy listening music that is fixed to aparticular channel? The lack of background noise took away from my dining experience but the product is delicious and they havea few yummy local beers on tap as well. Read more
