We come to this McDonald?s all the time and typically we don?t have a problem. But today is different! First they don?t give us... our full order so my husband had to go back and get them. Once I get the rest of the food out I open my Big Mac and it lookslike someone took a bite out of the bun ???? absolutely unacceptable! Placed an order on the mobile app and used Apple Pay to purchase my food. Sat in the drive through for an extended amount of... time, I offered to pull around or come inside. I pulled around to the curbside pick up, I was greeted by who I would assume tobe the manager. She was not very polite and stated my card had been declined in their system. But that they have had it happenthree or four other times that day. Just pull back around through the drive-through and re-place your order it should be fine. Ireplied with I?ve already paid for the order I?m going to see if I can do anything on the app. The app continues to saytechnical difficulties so I went inside the store, while re-placing my order the manager Esmeralda kept coming up to the shiftlead Stating I needed to pay for my order before they would do anything. Promptly told her crew not to touch the order until thepayment was processed. Mind you I had already paid on the app, so I paid again in store with the same card linked to my ApplePay. Was given old, cold food and a melted milkshake. Overall I am not returning to this location our food is sloppy and anappetizing. I have ordered through door dash and they messed up my order but I got in contact with Liv and she was extremely helpful with... our order. My husband is very picky but she made sure our order was made as he asked and made sure it was made as he asked evenif it took a couple times. I specifically asked for her name, and Liv(Olivia) I may have butchered her name but she made sure Igot the order we needed after many mistakes. I really appreciate her and her work ethic and if it was up to me she deserves araise!!! Read more
The finally got our order right but when we received our hot fudge sundaes they weren't even half full. We said woah, we spent... $6 for two of these can we get more in each please. The gal said sure. Then a moment later someone else came to the window andsaid they can only do 3 swirls. He then condescendingly laughed at my husband. My photos say this is way less than 3 swirls.Very disappointed. I will go to the other mcdonalds across town because they don't have a problem filling up their dessert. Read more
They were prompt and enjoyable to interact with, but the very clearly underdone patties combined with the fact that other... reviews tell the exact same tale really ruin it. The burger patty looked like it was cooked half the time it should've been, theinside was raw, very pink and room temperature while the outside was hot. I try to manage my expectations here but today my experience was especially unpleasant. They forgot my kids nuggets and they... gave me the wrong burger. It was all good though, i called and they said to come in for a replacement. When i got there themanager came out and didnt look happy. I told her what happened and she gave me a condescending look and asked me where theburger was. Well the burger was at home in the garbage. She didn't even apologize and it almost seemed like she thought i wasmaking it up. All i wanted was what i ordered and maybe an apology. After all i had to make a trip back while my kids waitedfor there food. I am used to them forgetting my sauces but this was upsetting. Read more
