50/50. Maybe you'll get what you ordered, Maybe not. If you don't, the cook is dumb, so check your order after driving back FROM... HOME to have them fix it. The cook on November 12th 2022 at 9pm will mess up his second offering. The third should be ok in myexperience. Wendy's is 200 meters away with a perfect order history. It costs more for McDonald's. Do not go to this location. This place is the worst McDonald's in Idaho Falls. They take forever to fill a9 complete order.... Including when you specifically ask for anything they will look at you tell you everything is there and most of the time (80%easy) they are flat out lying to your face and it's not there. Look at your order before driving off you will regret it if youdo not. There is one chic there long dark hair who would rather sit there and give you dirty looks like you are trash undertheir shoe. I called On September 6th, 2022 to tell the manager what outstanding service I received. I asked him his first name so I could... refer to him, when he exploded and refused to tell me whom I was talking. He hung up on me and then again and yet again! Minutes later I called back and another person answered. I told him the story and he started making excuses for the firstmanager I spoke with. Never did he ask what complement I wished to share with him or anything about about the amazing employeeI wanted recognize! I could not go through the drive through because I was hauling a trailer so I went inside instead. I used the app to order but... it took over 15 minutes to get my food and the order person and the manager were not helpful. Yes it was busy but I would havehad quicker service in the drive through. I was disappointed because I like McDonald?s!! Read more
They had fast service. The food came out only a few minutes after I ordered. The oy thing I'd wish they would have done better... was a faster drive through option. It was during the lunch rush so I don't blame them. McDonald's has pretty universal serviceno matter where you go. The place was clean and the employees were kind. I enjoy going back here to eat. They did great in all areas on this visit. Food was tasty, fresh and out quickly. The staff was very nice.
