First time and it was delicious. Family mentioned this place in passing. I went there and was not disappointed. The service was... excellent, the wait was minimal, the ambience is warm and inviting, and the food was very delicious. The price was just as goodas the food. Sometimes I work late and their hours are later than the local norm which is a blessing because I can't cook wortha dang. I hope they stay busy and profitable for a very long time. God Bless. Best truck stop in Idaho Falls! ???? Breakfast feast fit for a King! ???? The ham steak added for only $1.00! ???? Food is... served quick and hot and well plated. Large portions! We share the breakfast and still have left overs! You won't leave hungry! Prices are super reasonable! Friendly, attentive servers! Hilary is awesome! On it! Never have an empty coffee cup! ? Typical truck stop style cafe. Eggs were a little overcooked and hash browns were a little undercooked. Staff was very friendly... and place seems to have a regular crowd. I. Didn't order the ham, but those that did had portions large enough that feed multiplpeople. Read more
Home cooking for sure! Seat yourself, but be prepared for a busy morning crowd of older folks. Very nice group. Waitress was... professional, no chit chat. Only $23 for two breakfasts and a coffee! Ham steak was nice and salty. Sourdough yummy. Eggs werecooked perfectly to order same with the tasty crispy hash browns. Gravy was good not heavy like most country gravy. Will be backto try more on the menu! Biscuit looked unique but had a very fresh homemade taste, you will not be disappointed! Wish they hadnicer jam and hotter coffee. This is one of their Friday night specials for $11.49. Seriously! I understand inflation but this is just taking advantage. ... Their other special for shrimp and fish was $13.49. It comes with your choice of potato. Ordered baked potato. No butter. 2 pcfish and 3 shrimp with four sliced carrots. Come on! You almost have to have a 6 figure salary to eat out anymore.
