I recently went through the drive thru at my favorite Panda Express, I was told to wait around the front and my food would be... brought out. I literally waited over 20 minutes for my food, granted it was hot and fresh, but... Come on 20 minutes at a fastfood restaurant.... The food was well made, and while there was a wait for some items thats not outside expectations. The staff were friendly and... courteous, and gave great service. Everything went fine...until our baby pooped. The bathrooms at this place have no changingtable. There are high chairs for our little ones, but no changing table. Even mcdonalds has a changing table in theirbathrooms. It means you either have to change the baby in the car, or lay down a mat in the bathroom and change her on thefloor...like we had to. After that ordeal we were all grumpy and it soured our overall experience. Read more
Worst!!! Panda Express I have ever been to. Service was extremely rude. Orange chicken was old and stale tasting. I Ordered... sweet Fire chicken as part of my 2 Entrees which never came. They said they would cook it and have it right out in 5 minutesasked 2 different times if it was ready was told again it would be right out. Went back up about 20 minutes later and was toldthe same thing. I finally just gave up and left. Read more
They messed up my drink order and I asked them to fix it. Got a replacement but I didn't take a sip till I was long out of town,... it was just water. I'm not sure if it was a genuine mistake or if the lady was being spiteful that I didn't accept the firstdrink. Either way, I didn't get what I paid for. I'm not going to demand a refund for a 2$ but I will never be going back. Read more
There was a long line, and it moved right along. Service was fast prices were reasonable. My favorite is the honey walnut... shrimp. It was fresh tasting, hot and a nice sized portion. Perfect over fried rice. Read more
We love panda express, but the food we received from this location did not taste the same as it does at other panda express... locations. The orange chicken was okay, but the chow mein was dry and tasted off. In addition, we did not receive everything weordered, so make sure to check. They forgot our ragoons. Maybe it was just an off day, but the food was off enough; we barelyate any of it. Read more
Applied here for a Job an was told by first manager twice they wanted to hire me and were ready too. Talked to second manager an... explained why I quit 7 yrs ago at a different store in a completely different town which was a manager at the time would harassme at work an make me not feel welcome so I quit. Explained all this an was told because I quit back then due to said reasonsnow they don't want to hire me. Read more
Food is great. However, whenever I go to this location they never have anything available. I usually go through the drive thru... and EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to wait 15min + I wish they were better prepared during the day. Read more
