I like to the food. Not the best pizza, but in no way the worst. My issue is the service. I tried to order on line and at the... cheek out the site said my connection was bad. I used 4 internet lines 2 cell phones, one on a home fiber ling and one on acomputer I used by VPN. The issue was the site. Then I made the mistake of calling in my order. I don't know if it was a callcenter or some one working from home. All I will say about the call was poor service and way to much upselling. Read more
Pizza is pretty decent. The sauce is fresh and I like the garlic dipping sauce they give you. They do make a lot of mistakes but... will fix it. Read more
Most horrible pizza place ever I ordered 2 pizzas one was large and one medium I paid abou 40 dollars which would have been fine... but as soon as get the pizza I ask for some green packets and the only gave me 2 and said that's all I get I then I get home andopen the pizza box's to find that they are the most pathetic pizzas I've probably ever bought from a pizza place I could haveprobably spent 12 dollars at Wal-Mart and gotten better pizza Read more
We ordered The Works and the Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust for pick up. They made the pizza quickly and had it ready for us when we... showed up. The Works had so many toppings on it, it?s a great dense pizza. The Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust was amazing. The crustwas not only stuffed with cheese, but it was also stuffed with pepperoni. So I order a pizza for my kids the next day with half and half toppings. That being said alone this is not a half and half... pizza. The ingredients I ordered were solely because it didn?t give one of my sons a reaction. Now not only were the toppingswrong but also got a steam in our papadias. I also was told on the phone I could only have 50% refund. We argued and I finallyagreed and now I can only have a pizza sent to our house. We love Pappa John's. For being a chain take out pizza joint, it's pretty good. I appreciate the hot pepper and garlic butter... sauce that comes with every pizza! This location is always fast and has friendly service!! I particularly enjoyed the zestyItalian pizza with stuffed pepperoni crust. It's no hand tossed brick oven that I really love.
