Definitely 5 STAR!!! The manager and the whole crew to the cook in the back everyone was so awesome! So friendly. The customer... service is OUTSTANDING!!! The food was even better!!! The pulled pork was FIRE???? The burger was FIRE ???? THE SAUCE ????????ICOULD GO ON AND ON!! This place is definitely worth this review and I normally don?t do this.. Affordable and great service, I was curious if the beans were too sweet and they let me try before buying (they weren?t too... sweet and we?re very tasty!). Not a fancy joint and more of a take away/fast food feel but it was enjoyable and better qualitythan I expected when I first walked in. Read more
Some of the food is pretty good, but the best ones aren't permanent menu items. Very overpriced. There are MUCH better bbq... restaurants in the Idaho Falls area. Read more
This place doesn't serve meat that's even close to a real pit master quality style. The chicken I received was so dry I just... gave it to my dog. The brisket didn't taste like it was smoked on BBQ pit. It tasted like it was cooked in an oven and was justas dry as the chicken that was pulled. I've never had PULLED chicken from a BBQ joint. You can tell by the color of the Greychicken meat that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the better part of the day. I'm from Austin Texas and we have a realPit Master accredited BBQ restaurant called Franklin BBQ that was voted best BBQ in the country by Esquire Magazine. Would 12 out of 10 recommend trying this place to anyone who loves a good BBQ! This place has some great options, and the food... is just delicious. I'd say go for The Baxter sandwich, it's got it all, and the onion rings are amazing! They get super busy atlunch and dinner so plan! But recommend to anyone and everyone. Read more
Visited here from Virginia. It hit the spot! Legit BBQ and delicious sauces. As an added perk, the soda machine even had red... cream soda! We met the owner briefly and she was very warm and friendly. Good service, good food, good place. Read more
Food and smoked meat is some of the best! Portions have gotten smaller, and this visit was missing salad dressing and BBQ sauce... in the to-go order. But we still enjoy the food. Recommend the Idaho Nachos, just note that the fries can get soggy since theydon't "double fry" them. Pig Candy is fun to try at least once. Read more
