Absolutely ridiculous service! I had waited for 30 minutes while people who ordered after me got their food before... me....everyone looked miserable and clearly didn't care I had been waiting so long. I understand retail/food service becauseI've worked in both. That being said even someone(me) with sympathy and understanding for that type of job. It takes alot for meto feel frustrated enough to write a review like this. Absolutely horrendous. Read more

I've never seen a place run so bad. Employee didn't know that a combo came with a drink. Long wait time for food. Employees were... blasting personal music from a boombox. Read more
The cashier working under justin was super rude when we asked how many came in the pretzel maker box. And then gave attitude... when I asked for the receipt as I was giving a tip. Some customer service training would help her. Read more
