Absolutely ridiculous service! I had waited for 30 minutes while people who ordered after me got their food before... me....everyone looked miserable and clearly didn't care I had been waiting so long. I understand retail/food service becauseI've worked in both. That being said even someone(me) with sympathy and understanding for that type of job. I've never seen a place run so bad. Employee didn't know that a combo came with a drink. Long wait time for food. Employees were... blasting personal music from a boombox. Read more
The cashier working under justin was super rude when we asked how many came in the pretzel maker box. And then gave attitude... when I asked for the receipt as I was giving a tip. Some customer service training would help her. Read more
I love this place! It is an awesome place to go to and get fresh soft pretzels. I love that they serve pretzels as well as... pretzel bites. I also like the variety of pretzels they offer. I went there as a snack during my lunch break and it wasn?t toolong of a wait. I went and got 2 medium sized pretzel bites as well as a classic and I think I spent just over $20. I feel it isfairly priced. Read more
2 orders were given out in front of my order. This wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't made late for a meeting because of... this. Cashier on 5/24 was horrible for this. Never had an issue with any other employees but seems he doesn't know what he'sdoing. Read more

If you're going require and ask that the public wear their masks properly, it would be nice to not see your staff eating in... plain view of the public, then putting her mask back on. That wasn't even allowed before the pandemic. Read more
