Arrived and was told there was a 45 minute wait, no problem. After being seated and ordering there was another hour wait for the... food to arrive. Staff had very poor attention to our table and left drinks not filled. Upon waiting an hour for my food my?wrap? showed up as a taquito. I paid $13 for a taquito. I?ll let this speak for itself. I?d recommend going to sizzler, TacoBell, carls junior or pretty much any other establishment in the area. They all provide far superior customer service andattention to detail. Read more

this red robins is amazing! i went with my cousins and their friends while i visited. our server, tristan, was very great! i... always get the kids mac and cheese. i'd defend it with my LIFE. its surprisingly filling and the price is just right ???? alsothe bottomless steak fries are so good, you should top them with the seasoning they have on every table and try them with ranchor campfire sauce! and the freckled lemonade is a MUST! and its bottomless too!! Jasmine at the front was awesome and fun. I only came here for zucchini fries, but those were discontinued. I ordered the... California Chicken Sandwich with onion rings. The bun, after the first bite disintegrated...the sandwich was so wet the bunjust fell apart, I had to eat the chicken with my fork. The onion rings were burned. We only saw our waiter a couple of timesand he never refilled my daughter's bottomless fries. When I told him about my food, he just shrugged his shoulders and askedwhat I'd like to do. This was after we waited forever to get his attention so we could get a take-out box for my son's pizza. The pizza and burger were good. The food, especially the chicken and onion rings were so overpriced and just terrible. Ourwaiter was not good. The booth we were in had dead flies on the window sill. Food was good, this time. Service was awful though If the employees spent time cleaning and actually doing their table touch to... check in with us. This would?ve been a good experience. I hope whoever is in charge of making sure the jobs are done right seeshow the staff ruins the experience of paying customers. Seats had crumbs stuffed an inch around all edges. Watched it take twopeople 15 minutes to clean a table next us. Our table was never cleared once. Had to stand up and find my own napkins. Would notrecommend unless a change of staff was presented. We were there 06/16/22 between 7pm-8pm. No need for a BS response from RedRobin offering me to complain somewhere else. A lot went wrong my last visit, so I?ll do a list: -I requested avocado be added to my burger. They charged me $1.50 for the... extra topping (which is fine), but only 2 small slivers were added. I would have asked for that charge to be refunded if theserver ever came to my table once we saw the bill. -My husband had a hair in his burger. -We ordered the cheese dipping saucefor our burgers and fries, and it wasn?t brought out with our meal. I assumed someone would bring it out shortly after, but noone came near our table for 15 minutes. By that time we were practically done with our food. I mentioned it to the server and hedidn?t apologize, he just said he?d take it off the bill. -We ordered bottomless fries and root beer floats, and our serverrefilled the float once even though it was empty for 80% of our visit, and never offered to refill our fries. He also neverrefilled our empty waters. -I was celebrating my birthday, and was excited for the free sundae that usually accompanies it. Butthe hostess and the waiter never asked if we were celebrating anything. I will also mention we went in at about 5:30 on aweekday, and it was NOT busy, so there isn?t a good reason the server was so inattentive. Read more

My husband and I went there yesterday during their lunch rush. And we LOVED the service! The food was brought out to us really... quickly and they checked on us frequently. A typical Red Robin?s. The wait staff was excellent. The ?bottomless? fries that they bring out consist of five single fries a... piece. The cups were dirty and turned one off from drinking. It?s probably close to an average diner fair. It was fairly busy,but Idaho falls is a busy city these days, so that?s basically anywhere. Just average price for a meal. Read more
