The customer service is exceptional! The staff makes the effort to remember you name and your favorite drink. It?s hilarious... that they call out our name, even before they see us, when we place our order through the drive thru. I also notice that thisstore has low turn over; that speaks well of the management style being administered at this location. Read more
This location makes drinks far better than the others in town. Any time I go to another Starbucks, the espresso is scorched.... Here, I dont mind paying the money because at least the drink is properly made. Read more

Two Sundays in a row around 7:40ish PM Lights are on, workers are inside and no service was provided. Waive at them and got... completely ignored. If you are not going to give service just turn off the lights or give a reason why you are closed. This isbad representation of this brand. Read more
This property is very spacious, with an abundance of seating, both inside and outside. Staff are helpful and go the extra mile... (brought my drink to my table). The Quality of the product is on par with the rest of the locations in this franchise, whichmeans that it is excellent. Google-sponsored, free WiFi is very nice as well. Read more
Went and got me and my daughter in law a drink from this store and I go to it all the time when I'm in Idaho falls this time is... kinda changing my mind cause of the male cahier that was working today he has very very poor customer service. He shouldn't beat the window at all. Read more
