Gonna cut to the chase. I ordered delivery through the subway app, it was delivered on time but had the complete wrong order.... Drove back and the lady was extremely raunchy and rude. At first she couldn?t find my order, but I luckily had my orderconfirmation and then she found it. At the same time, A door dash driver came back for the order I was given and had broughtback because it wasn?t mine. I had opened the sandwich and I didn?t have gloves on, and so due to the pandemic as well asgeneral germs, the door dash driver requested a new sandwich for their client. The worker wouldn?t give a new sandwich for theother customer she said it wasn?t her fault and so she wouldn?t do it. They got me a new sandwich, but they wouldn?t refund thedelivery because ?it wasn?t their problem?. I ordered delivery because I didn?t want to go to the store and because I had otherthings as a higher priority. To not refund or take responsibility of something done through your own app is ridiculous, hencethe survey. The customer experience was awful, though at least the sandwich was still good. Terrible customer services Brown haired kid messed up my order 2 times before he got helped by a manager. Bread was okay and the... meat was okay but the veggies were soggy and looked old and the cookies were also hard as rocks. I want through the drive thru, paid for my food, and they didn't confirm my order and gave me the wrong sandwiches. I had to... return to get my correct sandwiches. They didn't apologize for getting it incorrect nor even offer a free drink for the mix up. Read more
I knew from the second it started this was not gonna end well. I?ve worked at a subway before. This is not how this should have... gone. The associate grabbed my bread and by the way it was torn i immediately got worried. Then when she cut it it lookedmangled like someone has just ripped it apart. The meat adding was ok. My vegetables looked old. My cucumbers looked likepickles they were so soggy from what looks like being frozen and thawed. I?m at the least to say disappointed. I dare not eat mysandwich for fear of food poisoning so I just threw it away, what a waste. I will not be returning :( Read more
The food was great as it always is at subway! The staff was very friendly. My spicy Italian was excellent and the bread has... its signature taste. My one complaint was the service was a bit slow and on top of that their register was down as well so theycould only accept cash. I?m sure they lost a lot of business for that. Luckily their was a Wells Fargo atm around the cornerso with no charges to me I could get cash and come on back for food. Read more
Great service and fresh bread with the sandwiches. It's a clean environment and you can also get your shopping done while you... grab lunch since it's located in Wal-Mart. The soup is usually great here as well and the prices are about the same here asother subways. My wife loves the broccoli and cheese soup. It's less than two dollars and great for a snack to hold you over orgo along with a six inch sub sandwich. Read more
This was awful. The sprite tasted like dirty soda water, the Dr. Pepper had clumps in it, & the cheesecake cookies tasted like... mold. Need to clean your soda machine. Read more
