This was the absolute experience I have had. I bought $40 worth of food and they forget my fries. I had to drive clear across... town to get the fries I already paid for yet when I asked what they can do about it since I just wasted at least $5 in gas justto get my fries I already paid for and they simply gave me a few nuggets that are $1 and some change yet I spent more comingback to get the stuff I already paid for.. I understand we all make human mistakes but when someone is driving more in gas tocome get the things you guys missed and can't even make up for it. I will not be going to Wendy's for a while at least the otherfast food joints understand when they mess up and don't fight you on it. Read more
The experience of Wendy's is always great the $5 bag deal is a good option food is good they do not make substitutes but you get... sandwich now gets fries and a smell soda so very good for $5 services good people are friendly and store is very clean Read more
Always good quality. Fries are always hot and ready, just like my boi lil Caesars. McDonald's fries are not even the same level... as Wendy's fries are, however McDonald's do make a mean McChicken. Moral of the story is go Wendy's and your stomach will thankyou. Next question though, why did the Idaho falls Wendy's close???!! Read more
I like Wendy's and their fresh hot salty fries. Certain staff remembers us, and they anticipate what we need. Down sides -... always feels dirty in there. And I must be eating better foods, cause Wendy's didnt taste as good as it used to. Maybe justme??????? Read more
I felt this Wendy?s was good. The food was hot and the fries were fresh. I?m a big fan of Wendy?s to begin with. The service was... nice. I usually order on the app and I typically order a biggie bag because I feel it is the perfect amount of food for a goodprice. I can?t complain about it. I always enjoy this Wendy's location, they are always friendly, fast, and efficient. They are the most busy since the interstate... exit is right here, but even busy they do a great job. I suggest it to anyone for a quick snack or even lunch/dinner. Thechicken nuggets is the greatest reason to eat at Wendy's better than any nuggets in Idaho falls! But all their food is good. I'm sorry to have to say that I actually had the worst experience tonight then I've ever had in a Wendy's, dining in. I had one... of the new combo meals. The mushroom burger with added avocado combo and a sour cream and chives baked potato with shreddedcheddar cheese. Because I had issues before with the drive-thru service not giving condiments or butter and sour cream for mybaked potato, I asked ahead of time to make sure I didn't have a problem this time. The person taking my order told me thatbutter doesn't come with the baked potato. Imagine my shock, since I've been ordering the same baked potato for many years! Ithas always come with butter on the side. Never had to ask for it. Who wants a dry potato? Anyway, I get my order and the frieswere dark, hard & not very warm. My daughter took them back to the counter and asked for some fresh fries. She actually saw themdump them in the garbage. But then they gave her another order of fries that were identical and weren't fresh either. My burgerwas dry and had hard cheese on it. Looks like it might have been sitting and maybe they just added the mushrooms and avocado.Mushrooms and avocado were fresh though. My baked potato skin was wrinkled, hard and very crusty. Needless to say I was notsatisfied with the meal and I was really looking forward to eating here. I usually always have a great dining experience atWendy's, so this really caught me off guard.
