Wont be coming back to this location thanks to the girl named Jessica. Simply mentioned that they should have better... communication with customers. Instead of offering to fix our problem or even apologize, she responded ?I?m not the one who tookyour order? and shut the window on me and walked away. We have never eaten at a Wendy's and been so disappointed as the one we ate in Idaho. The workers were workers were so loud and... disrespectful to the patrons. The bathrooms were dirty the floor was dirty and there were flies all over. My hamburger was halfcooked and the French fries were not the good French fries. They were rubbery and cold.. One of the soft drink containers wasbroken. But most of all I can not tell you how disappointed I was in the employees at this Wendy's. Read more
This is just for this location. I like them but the consistency of quality depends on the shift. There is absolutely an A, B and... get mcdonald's team. Its like a box of chocolates....you never know which one you are going to get. I don't know what changed inthe last months but the fries at this location are WAY over salted!!! They are so salty they are inedible. Ordered baconaterfries 8 months ago and couldn't eat them because of the salt. I passed it off as just a one time thing. We ate here again 3months ago. Fries were WAY to salty again! Last time a week ago. Fries still disgustingly salt! I don't know what to order? Iguess order fries with No salt? Then have to wait in the embarrassing line as people behind me get their orders? I just don'tknow. Read more
I didn?t see how filthy the kitchen was until after I ordered unfortunately, especially mounds of old food, meat, fries and... cartons scattered on the floor. I couldn?t eat and ended up throwing my sandwich away. Their freestyle soda machines were out ofat least 20% of the choices and don?t work well, as in touch screens are very slow to respond, if at all. It wasn?t even busyand several employees looked like they were doing little to nothing. Some female employee was scrubbing garbage cans in thelobby with a brillo pad, which is important, but not as important as a clean kitchen and stocked soda machine to the customer.The priorities need to be reevaluated starting with kitchen cleanliness above all else. Always great, the new drive through has made things much faster. I used to never eat the fries at Wendy?s but ever since they... changed them they are now something I look forward to. Try the new lemonades too they are all really good! Read more
This Wendy's is located in Idaho Falls. I went there for lunch. The food was well made and the service was quick. I'm glad to... have a Wendy's nearby my work so I can go more often. I was spretty happy with the service I received there. Read more
I enjoy Wendy's! I have always like this location, they are friendly and fast. Any issue I've had they have no problem fixing! I... suggest the chicken nuggets they are my go to favorite! I've had multiple other items on the menu and they have all been verygood! I'd suggest this place to anyone looking for a sit down snack or a drive thru snack! And I love this year's Frosty Deal! Update: This location has definitely changed. Staff is nice but today they were yelling and really loud. It made it difficult... to have a conversion with the yelling going on. Because of that, I lowered my stars on this location. They now have a greatnew selection of salads. I love that you can order a half or full salad. Of course, you can never go wrong with a burger.
