Had to get something. This time got the $2.99 burger. Dry and cold. Ate it anyway cuz driving in the mountains is not the place... to get woozy. Order taker was friendly and shared it was such a nice day, he'd rather be hunting and fishing. I replied "you'llhave your day". A friendly interlude between strangers. A free order of fries was in our order. For me, something to rememberand reflect on. 2 strangers with different values can still have a respectful and meaningful conversation. Hear that, feel that. Normally really good service and food but tonight, not so good. Husband got me a chicken sandwich meal and I got more mayo and... bread than chicken. The other orders were fine but come guys...do better next time. Chicken sandwiches should have a full pieceof chicken and not the smallest tender you could find!! Food was great. But the service was just horrible. When I went there it wasn?t really too busy. They had drive through orders... going but I was the only one ordering inside. Either the employees were new or just lazy. They wouldn?t give me eye contact noracknowledge an order was ready. I noticed that some orders were piling up on the heat rack so I walked over and asked about myorder. She said hold on and slowly walked to the back. I could see my order on the screen flashing red. It was running into a 25min. wait time. All I ordered was two burgers and fries for $20. No special instructions just as is. -_- Also, the place insidewas dirty. Tables weren?t cleaned and everything was sticky. As we?re leaving I overheard one employee tell another employee(One who was slowly walking back and fourth never really doing anything the time while the other ones worked) that she needed tobe cleaning, as that?s what she was supposed to be doing this whole time. She rolled her eyes and slowly walked away. Did sheever clean? I doubt it. Fire these types of people and replace them with kiosk?s. Best service EVER! I had a problem with an order on my mobile app, and they helped me fix it! Everyone was smiling and building... each other up... I overheard the manager tell everyone how great they were... I hope the company treats them well, because theydefinitely deserve it. As always, the food was great. The biggest thing was their helpfulness, and those smiles. They were justclosing up. I was the 2nd to last customer. They didn't look or act annoyed. They didn't try to hurry things along. They made mefeel good to be a customer. Thank you everyone that was on the closing shift tonight. You guys rock! Read more
Nice clean store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. No outside seating. Handicap... accessible parking, not a handicap accessible entrance (not automatic). Food was good. Especially liked the fried zucchini,would choose Carl's Jr over Burger King or Wendy's just for the zucchini. The burger and chicken tenders we ordered were fresh,warm and tasty. Hard to speak on fast food quality- fries were fresh (i recommend the waffle), and burger was fine. Linda and Kay at the drive... thru, however, really made our day. They were very sweet and can turn a plain old fast food trip into a real treat. Great workgals! Read more
