They say they make pizzas till 7 when I asked and I have tried to order pizzas at least 3 times in the evening and they say the... kitchen is closed. So I ask again what time they make pizzas till and they say don't know depends on the staff that day. Mostsores have set times for things. Also lately their coolers aren't usally stocked. (this was originally one star but was then bumped up to two stars after returning) on the way to my hike we stopped by here and... the womens bathroom was not clean at all. only one of the stalls had toilet paper, and another one had the entire holder rippedoff the wall. there was only dial kitchen soap in there. my brother had told me the stalls were rusty too. update: returnedlater that day and was glad to see the toilet paper restocked. there was now two new dial hand soaps. unfortunately when i wasin the bathroom, there was a vape on the ground. My family and I have been loyal customers of this Kum and Go for years. On 5/15/2022, my son went in to spend around $50.00 at... this Kum and Go in Idaho Springs, Co. When my son got to the counter, the cashier told him he had to leave because he couldn'tstand the smell. What type of a cashier would say that to a paying customer. It's just mean and rude. Anybody who treatscustomers in such a way should be fired immediately. He is an older man with graying hair and a small mustache. It was around7:00. I would suggest you figure out which cashier this was and fire him immediately. This Kum and Go has lost our businessuntil this man loses his job. Absolutely a disgrace!! Kitchen is NEVER, NEVER open on a regular basis... not enough help?? I recommend cross training your... other employee's-- pizza friday for family night, cant even order at 430pm!!! Man, what has happened to this once DEPENDABLE STORE???? Read more
The woman at the counter with short dark hair was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my experience in Idaho springs, let... alone at a gas station. She must have thought I was not from here, but guess again. Not even the locals are safe from someonebeing completely impolite. I'd advise you to get you gas and other items prior to entering Idaho springs. You won't get evenmediocre service. At least not from kum and go. Save yourself the trip and stop somewhere else if you want to avoid a badattitude and hair cut all together. Read more
This place was open on Thanksgiving and was a much needed rest stop. Conveniently located odd 71 via the Mt Evans exit. The... staff was friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Lots of gas pumps. Affordable gas prices. Read more
Long line, store was in a state of disarray and had to maneuver around a ton of stocking and packaging without anyone really... insight that was doing said stocking. The cashier was slammed and kept great upbeat personality for being clearlyoverwhelmed. Store seemed simply understaffed and as if may be suffering some product shortage issues as many businesses havebeen the past year. Hopefully things turn around for them soon. Read more
