Not normally one to rate fast food or rate so lowly but we were left hanging on for +20 minutes for our meals after being... forgotten about after having been told to pull ahead to the "Drive through waiting" parking spot. Don't go here if you want soda or any kind of courtesy. Recently went through the drive through here. We were informed there... was something wrong with the soda machine and so we asked what drinks were available. The man said there are smoothies, shakes,and icees. We asked if there would be an up charge for those drinks, but were not given an answer but instead asked "what wouldyou like?" We ordered one meal with a shake and asked if we could get a Mcflurry as the drink for the second meal. The man overthe speaker again didnt answer but instead said "anything else for you?" We answered no and pulled forward. At the window weagain asked if the McFlurry counted as the drink and the man rudely responded "McFlurries are made with ice cream and areconsidered a dessert" (milk shakes are also made with ice cream...are they not?). We then asked to add another shake for thesecond meal to satisfy the included drink. The man seemed perturbed by the addition and when it was added said our total wentup. We asked aren't the drinks included in the meal? He responded that they were included in the meal. Confused and over thesituation we handed our card over to pay. Looking at the receipt we paid for the full meal and the up charge for the shakes - iguess we didn't have the option of getting any drink without an up charge. I normally never give a fast food chain more than 4 stars but this location was so outstanding with their service I just had to... give them all of my praise. Came in, ordered via the app to get a BOGO deal and coffee. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes.Outstanding. Read more
I'm not sure if the problem is the cashiers can't count or they're just overcharging for food. From the receipt you can see I... ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, there is one patty on my burger. On top of that the fries that I ordered were coldand stale. You might want to find a different McDonald's if you're traveling on I-70 in Colorado. Read more
The service is embarrassing its obvious nobody wants to work here even though they went through the process to get hired. Fries... are somehow always stale and over salted. For a tourist spot you'd be better off supporting the locals and paying the extra 5$for an actual meal.(I recommend the cidery) I've been here many times and they can't seem to get it right regardless of whatcrew is working. From the moment you try to speak to them like human beings they hit you with their depressed emotions ofworking fast food. Zero out of ten, would not recommend. I work customer service, and regardless of my personal life, I bringlight to anyone who crosses my path. It sucks to see the lack of integrity we have nowadays, back to back, regardless of shift.
