Great location, right in the heart of Idaho springs. So many delicious beers on tap. Huge dining area inside and large,... beautiful patio outside. The food is just okay, but the servers are always fantastic! A small step up from bar food. Ecotakeaway containers. One request, please stop one time use plastic straws. Thank you for helping the environment! Read more

My friend I were visiting the area and this place was highly recommended. Huge craft beer selection and you can order flights... of beer. Full out menu as well, had a burger which was delicious. Bartender was awesome, parking on side streets might be a bittough but worth the visit. Read more

The fish and chips are amazing here!! I would order that again for sure. And their beer flights are a great choice too. Fries... are just okay, but the onion rings are amazing! We had great service and sat outside which was covered. Also bought a beer glassat the gift shop, and some cans of root beer as well. I would definitely come again! Read more

Great beer, food & service. I came in with a group of seven and our server was polite and efficient. There’s a large beer... selection, and the flights come on funky carrying trays. The food is flavorful and filling with large portion sizes. Picturedhere are the green chili Mac and cheese (melt in your mouth has been taken to a whole new level) and the jalapeño popper burgerwith a grilled chicken substitute and truffle fries. There are entirely too many menu items that I’m still thinking aboutwanting to try so I can’t wait to come back! Read more

This is the place to go to kill time and to have smiles. Definitely fast service and great menu options. I love the layout of... the place, it is so decorative and it lends itself to large and small parties. This is a go to for a “custom” brewery and alocal spot ???????? Read more

Whenever I've visited here prior I've had a great experience. Thinking that since it's the slower, winter season that service... may be quicker... not the case. After walking in, waiting for almost 5-6 minutes, being ignored by multiple employees we werefinally acknowledged by a manager- type person. Our server showed up after a few minutes and helped us with our order andbeverages. She did provide a sample of beer for tasting purposes. After a while, our food order arrived; although my burger wasnot presented as I had requested (no onions). My date's chili and cheese fries appeared looking like slop. Not very presentableor that flavorful. My Claim Jumper burger with the Buffalo meat (upgrade?) ended up costing $18.50. I could have saved myself atrip up here to Idaho Springs from Denver and payed much less for the experience. It seems the employees didn't really care andthe business just wanted maximum (tourist) dollars. After many prior enjoyable visits to the TommyKnocker establishment, I wasseverely disappointed with my experience this time around. Read more

Great atmosphere with a rustic feel and warmth. The food was full of flavor and presented tastefully on each plate. The beer... will stand out to you because of its taste and smoothness. The waiters are very efficient. Highly recommend. Read more

We drove up to Idaho Springs for the fall leaves, walked around town and decided to stop at Tommyknocker Brewery & Pub for... lunch. It was a beautiful day, so we dined alfresco. The menu had traditional pub fair. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered a Western Bacon Burger with Onion Rings and Garden Salad with Chicken. The Garden Salad was good, the Chicken was abit plain. The Western Bacon Burger was good. If you are looking for a casual spot for traditional bar food, check outTommyknocker Brewery & Pub. Read more
