Went in about 11:30 am there were 5 people working but only 2 proceeded to serve me and 4 others, the manager is clipping her... nails at a table. The girl with blue hair made my sandwich with no mask! I ordered a chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce anda meatball marinara with chipotle. They put chipotle on both, I asked for light veggies on the meatball and it's loaded! Thisisn't the first time I've had trouble either!!! Read more
Soup's on!! Well, not here. On the coldest days of the year, they never have soup ready. The customer service is poor. This... restaurant did well in the past. However, the management is nothing like it used to be. The employees seem overworked,overwrought and disturbed. I was not treated well the last few times I went in. That did it for me. I have ate at this subway once a week for three years. I always order the exact same thing and they have only got my order... correct ONE time! Prices vary from employee to employee. The last straw was when I was charged $11 for a nine inch sub.Ridiculous!! Read more
Ordered x2 #8 on the new Series menu. One with onion one with out. Wanted it toasted. It's supposed to have garlic aioli sauce... already on it. Neither sandwich was toasted or had aioli, or was toasted. Cheese was still cold bread was a bit stale. If Ihadn't asked for the second drink, I wouldn't have received my receipt or the second batch of cookies. Ordered on the App. Twostars. Giving them another chance in the future.
