Stand in line for this cafeteria looking restaurant.. 30minutes ?. Sat in uncomfortable table and waited for waitress to notice... us 34minutes? waitress states with a sarcastic attitude that food will take 1-1.5 hours.. didn?t even offer a drink lol..straight to the point. So I asked her if that?s the way they tell their customers to leave? Anyway ordered at 6:51 it?s 7:34 andnot even a piece of bread or a update on food. This place so far sucks. Just to get food it?s 2 hour this better be the beststeak and shrimp ever because obviously they have to fish and kill the cow. As per my experience traveling all over the world.Bread service should be offered especially for waiting. After receiving our super bad meal at 7:58 the lady manager with shortshort hair , apologized she was so sweet and professional yet embarrassed by the kitchen she did not charge us, that?s why I upit to two stars. People at the front desk lied when I called about a room and said they were full, but when I walked in and asked they said they... had a room! Bad business! As for the steakhouse our dinner was delicious and the service from Taylor was above and beyond! Woulddefinitely eat here again! After traveling all day I wanted a room and a good meal. But I guess my money for a room wasn?t goodenough! I will never stay here and I will never spend a dime in the casino! I will definitely come back for dinner as long as Ican have Taylor as my server he was the nicest person at this establishment! Read more

As a casino I would have given them 4 stars. As a "Hotel-Resort" I'm pushing it with 2 stars. In brief, it's easy to recognize... it was a very nice hotel at one time. But maintenance hasn't kept up. To many broken, dirty and worn out items to list them all.But they were so abundant we debated on whether to check-out after just an hour in our room. Some could be blamed on poorlysupervised cleaning standards, but much more appears to be the result of unqualified maintenance supervision. There is no excusefor shower controls falling off in your hand. Toilets rocking because they aren't anchored properly, cockeyed-loose toilet seatsand much more. These are not difficult or expensive issues to correct. But there needs to be the desire to keep everythingworking properly, and that's what we felt was the core problem. When you find so many shortcomings, you have to conclude thatthose responsible just don't care. It's my intention to email the the facility CEO with a full list of issues simply because inspite of the short commings, we did encounter many professional, wonderful and helpful employees. Reviews such as this certainlydon't help them, but they are not in a position to address them either. These are management issues. Read more

Very nice RV Park and swimming pool. Along with that there is bowling and put put golf. Of course there is always the casino but... it's not mandatory or anything. We visited an extremely nice museum just a block away and the grocery store in town. All wasvery nice. The restaurant's at the casino were nice also. Read more

We were here for a motorcycle event. The staff was excellent. They are courteous and very helpful. They all seemed to work... very long hours and were still cheerful. The rooms are amazing, especial the bathrooms. Would stay her again if every in thearea. Read more
